Free Aerial & Acrobatics Classes

Note: Although the free workshops are of course marketing events for NYCAA, you do get on the equipment, it is definitely fun, and its a fairly soft sell.

Aerial & Acrobatic training at NYCAA is an exhilarating, artistic and unique experience for people of all ages, fitness levels and body types. Classes are oriented toward students and performers who wish to explore and hone circus art skills as seen in Cirque du Soleil. The curriculum is challenging but fun. All students get into the air in their first class, aided by trained instructors.
Free classes are available:
Monday, April 9th 7:30-9:30pm
Tuesday, April 10th 7:30-9:30pm
Wednesday, April 11th 7:30-9:30pm
Thursday, April 12th 7:30pm-9:30pm
Saturday, April 14th 2:30pm-4:30pm

Classes are open to all new students who are considering enrolling in an NYCAA semester class.
For those wanting to continue their aerial & acrobatics training, registration for NYCAA Spring I semester classes opens Friday, March 29th. Spring I semester begins Monday, April 16th and runs for 6 weeks. Class offerings include Aerial Acrobatics, Aerial Silks & Corde Lisse, Stretching & Strengthening, Trapeze & Cerceau, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Handstands & AcroBalance.
