Free Aerial & Acrobatics Classes

Aerial & Acrobatic training at NYCAA is an exhilarating, artistic and unique experience for people of all ages, fitness levels and body types. Classes are oriented toward students and performers who wish to explore and hone circus art skills as seen in Cirque du Soleil. The curriculum is challenging but fun. All students get into the air in their first class, aided by trained instructors.
Free classes are available:
Monday, February 19th 7:30-9:30pm
Wednesday, February 21st 7:30-9:30pm
Thursday February 22nd 7:30pm-9:30pm
Saturday February 24 from 2:15pm-4:15pm

Classes are open to all new students who are considering enrolling in an NYCAA semester class.
For those wanting to begin or continue their aerial & acrobatics training, registration for NYCAA Winter II semester classes opens Monday, February 5th. Winter II semester begins Monday, February 26th and runs through Sunday, April 8th. Class offerings include Aerial Acrobatics, Aerial Silks & Rope, Stretching & Strengthening, Bungee Acrobatics, Trapeze & Cerceau, Youth Aerial & Acrobatics, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Handstands & AcroBalance.
