"The little trick of getting three objects to dance around in your hands has always managed to keep a small sense of magic...It's one form of insanity we feel everyone has a right to experience."

MOVE IT!

Parallel Exit presents a FREE performance of physical theater

Date: Thursday March 19
Time: 8:00pm
Location: HERE, 145 Sixth Avenue
Tickets: FREE. Please RSVP to mark@parallelexit.net

Join us for Parallel Exit's perennial series featuring some of New York City's most exciting physical theatre artists.
Here's our lineup so far (more to be announced):
  • From Parallel Exit, performers Joel Jeske, Spencer Novich, and Mike Dobson will offer acts to amaze, amuse, and astound. "They can get laughs simply by breathing." - The New York Times

  • The Chase Brock Experience, called "candy-bright" in The New Yorker, and noted in The New York Times for their "stylized showbiz mayhem," perform their popular dances: And It Stoned Me and Seeing Stars.

    On Seeing Stars:
"In this piece about drunken bums, the vocabulary is pure clowning, with a nod to Fosse and nary a modern-dance move in sight." - Back Stage

"With pieces like "Seeing Stars," which celebrates the simple joys of inebriation, it's obvious that Chase Brock and his company members relish in the little things." - danceruniverse.com
  • World-champion juggler Tony Duncan offers a brand new act that will leave you breathless tonyduncan.com
