"The little trick of getting three objects to dance around in your hands has always managed to keep a small sense of magic...It's one form of insanity we feel everyone has a right to experience."

CIRCUSundays in June on the Barge
Posted May 12, 2008

Every June, CIRCUSundays brings a surprising array of performers to a converted river barge in Brooklyn. The sight lines are horrible, the stage (really just empty floor space) is small and has a low ceiling, the seats are uncomfortable, and the boat moves under you. Nevertheless, the shows are generally terrific, and the atmosphere always is. Accordingly, they're usually packed and often sold out, so come early.

The following information is from waterfrontmuseum.org, so look there for updates.

Description
CIRCUSundays in June brings the circus to Red Hook every Sunday in June, featuring professional performers from around the globe who will dazzle, mystify, and make you laugh. Hosted by Artistic Director Karen E. Gersch, every Sunday features an entirely new show with acts of daring dexterity, comedy, and awe-inspiring skill.
