"Moscow Circus" in Brooklyn Jan. 24
Posted January 22, 2008
Oddly, this date is not on the circus's website (www.moscowcircus.biz), and this "Moscow Circus"
seems to be based in the U.S. On the plus side, the show features
"Acrobats, clowns, jugglers, contortionists, musicians, and one very
talented performing dog!"
While this one-day stop is only a prelude to their 20-city national
tour, which kicks off in Alaska, the circus will return to the area
playing Somerset, NJ, on Feb. 29 and Queens College on March 1 before
heading north to tour Canada.
Profit from the show at Warsaw will go directly to Town Square, a
three-year-old community group dedicated to organizing activities for
Williamsburg and Greenpoint residents.
