Soutine and Singer Dec. 28
Posted December 19, 2006
Note: This show includes many vaudevillians, features Peter Daniel Straus, and is co-produced by Viveca Gardiner. Be there to be cool.
The Grand Falloons are pleased to invite you to a special holiday performance of our new work-in-progress: Soutine and Singer, which draws inspiration from the classic stories of Isaac Bashevis Singer and the dramatic imagery of Parisian/Belarusian painter Chaim Soutine.
Vaudellians, actors, musicians, and puppeteers bring these shtetl folktales to life in an intimate and iconic production.
"Singer and The Grand Falloons are also experts in building in humorous digs at the foibles of human nature, and the audience ends up laughing uproariously and affectionately" -- The Towne Crier
