New Jersey Hallowwen Festival Seeks Volunteers

Note: This is not a do-good volunteer event, but it may be an opportunity to
promote yourself as a performer.
My name is Cliff Hoinowski and I am with a company called Endless
Productions located in Edison, New Jersey. During the month of October we
have organized a Children's Halloween Festival (daytime hours) and Haunted
House (for ages 12 and up @ night) that will operate every weekend for the
duration of the month (Fri./pm, Sat./am-pm, Sun./am-pm). This event will be
the largest seasonal Halloween festival taking place in New Jersey, and
attendance is expected to surpass 25,000 people over the course of the
month. Total area of the event is approximately 30,000 square feet and
50-60 vendors will be marketing their goods, crafts, games, food, etc. in
10'x10' booths. Along with the haunted house, we are going to have singe!
rs, entertainers, sideshows, etc. scheduled during the festival. The entire
festival is taking place in an inside venue at the 72 acre Alexandria
Community Park in Alexandria, NJ and a portion of the proceeds are going to
benefit the park and other local charities. We are interested in obtaining
limited corporate sponsorship for this event and your company seems like a
perfect fit. Examples of types of sponsorships we are looking for are as
follows:
- Full sponsorship- Sponsor.s name, logo, and artwork printed in
full color on the back of each of our tickets along with a full sized banner
(2' x 8') hanging in our vendor area. Price = $2,500.00
- Banner placement- 2' x 8' banner provided by the sponsor that
will hang in our "vendor pavilion" and be visible by all attendees of the
festival (please note: at night, the haunted house exits directly into the
vendor pavilion). Price = $350.00
- Custom sponsorship- Based upon the suggestions or needs of the
individual sponsor. ** Currently we are seeking entertainment for the
children's festival. We would like to work out cross-promotional deals with
entertainers for this. If entertainment is provided for just 1 show during
the entire month, we will issue free banner space along with allowing the
company responsible to sell and advertise their product during the show.
The banner will hang for the duration of the month and any promotional
material can be made available for the entire month as well. If you are
