Mark your calendars!
On Sunday, May 11th, we are having a 50th birthday celebration/roast of the founder of Coney Island USA, Dick Zigun. It will be at 8:00pm at the Soho Playhouse, 15 Vandam St. (one block north
of Spring St. and between 6th Ave. and Varick). The Soho Playhouse, by the way, is the
home of the fabulous Sideshow Saturday Night show.
It will be a great evening of sideshow, burlesque and lots of comedy. The roastmaster for the evening will yours truly and the show will feature The Great Throwdini (with Dick as the target!) and the World Famous Pontani Sisters among others. This evening will also give many a chance
to say to Dick's face what they have been saying behind his back for 50
years. It will be fun.
It is also a nice way to raise funds for all the things we are doing out in Coney Island. Tickets are $20 and it will be sold out so, call 718-372-5159 today.
