CircusYoga for Kids and Families
is an imaginative, fun-filled experience for the whole family designed to strengthen self-confidence, focus, trust, and teamwork. CircusYoga combines the consciousness of yoga with the communal ceremony of circus. Together we collaboratively create a tribe that embraces balance, joy, courage, agelessness, appropriate risk, and transformation. Parents and kids learn, grow, and experience together as life-long learners, opening new realms of vocabulary for play and communication through:
* Hatha Yoga *
* Partner Acrobatics *
* Juggling *
* Parent/Kid Clowning & Physical Comedy *
* Partner Yoga & Contact Yoga *
* Tightwire *
* Group Story-Creation *
* Parent/Kid Thai Massage *
* Creative movement and dance *
Join us if you are a kid ages 7-13. Join us if you are a parent, aunt, uncle, or grandparent who loves to play. Join us if you are a classroom teacher, yoga teacher, or child social worker wanting to explore new techniques applicable to your work and play. Come and experience a wonderful day of CIRCUS and YOGA!

Pompanuck Farm is on 80 acres of field, forest and streams, nestled in the hills of eastern NY, on the Vermont border and surrounded by 3200 acres of state forest. The buildings are constructed using natural techniques-cordwood masonry and straw-bale. The Roundhouse has accommodations for 9 in five simply appointed rooms. The Guesthouse offers a quiet refuge for two or three. Pompanuck's swimming and goldfish ponds are cold-spring fed and powered by solar pumps. The vegetable, flower, and fruit gardens are organic and meditative. Established in 1991, Pompanuck Farm Institute is a not-for-profit educational center offering workshops, classes and retreats for adults and children.
