1. Juggle This! specific request for volunteers -- please check this out. NYC's first juggling convention starts in less than two weeks. It is looking great, but we're in the crunch.

Thanks for general offers of help. Now we need to get specific. Here are some things we still need to assign ASAP. More things may come up. Please email Viveca if you can volunteer. Thank you thank you thank you.
a. Beginning juggling workshop instructors -- we want to offer workshops on beginning juggling every hour on the hour. Please let me know if you'd be willing to teach one or two and what times you'll be available or not each day.

b. Table staffing -- we need to cover this all day both days. Staffers will sell t-shirts and show and raffle tickets, give people directions and help, and gather registrants names. Let me know what times you'd be available or not.

c. Housing -- Let me know how many jugglers you are willing to have sleep over (floor space is fine!) and whether you have bed space or extra rooms available (for us to offer to VIPs -- really).

d. Other workshop instructors -- If you are teaching any other workshops, please let me know what times you are available or not available.

e. Props and tech crew for show -- We need one to three people to set and clear props for the performers. Commitment would be 4 - 10 Saturday night, but you get into the show free and you're backstage (ooh!). We may also need someone to assist on sound, which would probably be only for the show (7 - 10).

f. Camera people -- We need people to take still pics and video of convention and show. You'll see the show free from good seats. Speak up if you are good at this whether or not you have a camera, and please let us know if you do whether or not you can shoot it yourself. We have performers who own cameras who need someone else to shoot for them.

g. Anything else!!! There may well be more. Please let Viveca know if you're game.
