When you're looking for something to do, remember to check the archives. There may be ongoing events there that are still of interest. Viveca could add a "continuing events" section here if people want it, but unless she get requests, she's sticking with the minimizing duplicate announcements policy.

1. JUGGLE THIS TOO -- Save the Date and Help Wanted!
Juggle This Too, New York's second annual juggling convention will be
Saturday March 29 and Sunday March 30 at the Pratt Institute of Art in
Brooklyn, NY. Friday night juggling is still pending. Public show and Open
Mic (Renegade) show Saturday night.
This is very short notice, and the organizers will need a lot of help.
Please contact Matt from Pratt (juggleguy33@aol.com) or Sky
(sky@juggler.net) if you can volunteer.
Things that would be useful:
teaching a workshop (including beginning juggling), t-shirt/postcard design,
time addressing postcards for mailing, writing the program, tech help for
show, performing in either show, staffing the registration table,
videotaping the fest and show, organizing and judging games and/or numbers
competitions, housing visiting jugglers, researching local hotels and restaurants, placing listings in NYC and local magazines and e-mail groups,
placing listings in juggling publications (on line and hard copy), and
probably a ton of other stuff I can't think of right now, but the point is,
please don't make Matt and Sky do this all themselves. Get involved. Contact
them and help.

2. Juggling Video Party
For those of you who've been to past video parties, you know how great these
can be. For those of you who haven't, you're in for a treat.
Sunday, February 23, 10:00 am until ??? (past years have lasted twelve
hours) You're free to drop in and out at any time, but be aware that we will
be showing extra good stuff early to accomodate the schedules of some
special guests.
Bindlestiff Family Cirkus Palace of Variety
125 West 42nd Street, between Broadway and 6th
Free! But please chip in whatever you can to help offset video equipment
rental costs. If we raise any extra money, we'll use it for seed money for
Juggle This Too or donate it to Bindlestiff, but mostly we just want to make
sure we break even.
Bring your own whatever you want. Beer and soda may be available for sale if
Bindlestiff has extra left (they close Feb 22). We'll probably also break to
get food or order in.

6. Clown Workshops with Ami Hattab
Ami Hattab, who by all accounts (and V has had many) is amazing, is offering
two workshops in the NYC area in March, one on clowning and one on physical
play. The listings are not pithy enough to copy in here, so if you would
like further information, please email Viveca, and she would be happy to forward you the details.
