Relay For Life is a community-based event, which will include current and
retired police officers, families, friends, corporate supporters and others
interested in taking up the fight against cancer. A fun party atmosphere
prevails among team members camping out overnight enjoying music,
activities, food, and camaraderie with each other. It is a celebration of
life for survivors, a memorial for loved ones lost and a rally for the
community to fight cancer.
We are in search of additional volunteer performers for our entertainment
schedule. If you are interested in donating your time to the American
Cancer Society at the Relay For Life with NYC Police Officers, please
contact Wendy Glick at 212.237.3878. Thank you!
